Master student Ryo Matsuura, who belongs to the Department of Energy Science and Technology, received the Best Presentation Award for his talk entitled “Crystal plasticity finite-element analysis of cup drawing of a commercially pure titanium Grade 2 sheet and its experimental validation” in The 2019 Japanese Spring Conference for the Technology of Plasticity held in June 2019.
