2019 Ajou-Kyoto-Zhejiang Joint Symposium on Energy Science (Ajou, Korea) Information

2019 Ajou-Kyoto-Zhejiang Joint Symposium on Energy Science will be held on Jan. 17^th 2019 (Thur.) – Jan. 19^th 2019 (Sat.) at Ajou University Korea.  We are welcoming students from Graduate School of Energy Science to attend this symposium and present your research results.  This will be a good opportunity for you to communicate students and professors from Korean and China!

Jan. 17^th (Thur.) Arrive in Korea
Jan. 18^th (Fri.) Whole day for symposium
Jan. 19^th (Sat.) Back to Japan

Call for papers
Individual research presentation:
Students (Doctoral Program Students and Master’s Program Students who will join the Doctoral Program next year) from our graduate school are welcome to participate this symposium.
*Please discuss with your professor in your laboratory about your presentation topic first!

Registration:
Please fill in the information in Participants list including your name, gender, whether you need the invitation letter for visa application or not, whether you have presentation or not, then submit the participant list to qu.chen.6e@kyoto-u.ac.jp until Nov. 26^th (Mon.)

Application for presentation:
Abstracts for presentations must be summarized according to Template abstract. Please submit the abstract to qu.chen.6e@kyoto-u.ac.jp until Nov. 30^th (Fri.)
