Program-Specific Assistant Professor Harifara Rabemanolontsoa in Department of Socio-Environmental Energy Science gave an oral and a poster presentations related to efficient bioethanol production method via acetic acid fermentation during the 2nd International Conference on Bioresource Technology for Bioenergy, Bioproducts & Environmental Sustainability (BIORESTEC), held from 16/09/2018 to 19/09/2018 in Melia Sitges, Spain. In the same occasion, her manuscript entitled “Various pretreatments of lignocellulosics” was selected as one of the top cited papers published by Bioresource Technology journal in 2015 and 2016, counting citations in 2017. She received the BIORESTEC 2018 Impactful Research Award from Bioresource Technology, Elsevier during the closing ceremony of the conference.
