Socio-environmental Energy Science Dept.

Mr. Sakutaro Ishikawa was awarded the Best Poster Award at the 30th Annual Meeting of the Energy Society of Japan.

At the 30th Annual Meeting of the Energy Society of Japan, held on August 4 and 5, 2021, Mr. Sakutaro Ishikawa, a master’s student in the Department of Socio-Environmental Energy Science, was awarded the Best Poster Award for his presentation titled “Decomposition behavior of sucrose in in-liquid plasma.

Research presentation of 1st year IESC masters student was held.

A research presentation of 1st year IESC (International Energy Science Course) masters student in Socio-environmental Energy Science Department was held online on July 8th, 2021. Mr. Dongliang Liu got an excellent presentation award.

Jiaqi Wang, the doctoral student, won the Best Student Oral Presentation Award at the 71st Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society

Jiaqi Wang, the doctoral student of the Department of Socio-Environmental Energy Science, won the Best Student Oral Presentation Award for his presentation entitled “Cell Wall Effects in Pyrolysis of Lignin in Cedar Wood” at the 71st Annual Meeting of the Japan Wood Research Society held in March 19-21, 2021.

Mr. Fahmi Machda was awarded “AMFPD’19-ECS Japan Section Young Researcher Award” in THE 27th INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ACTIVE-MATRIX FLATPANEL DISPLAYS AND DEVICES
