エネルギー社会環境科学専攻のFahmi Machda さんがTHE 27th INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ACTIVE-MATRIX FLATPANEL DISPLAYS AND DEVICES にて AMFPD’19-ECS Japan Section Young Researcher Award を受賞しました

令和2年9月1日～4日に開催されました THE 27th INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ACTIVE-MATRIX FLATPANEL DISPLAYS AND DEVICES において 「Effects of Sputtering Gas on Crystal Growth Orientations and Durability of Al-Doped ZnO Transparent Electrodes in Harsh Environment 」を発表し AMFPD’19-ECS Japan Section Young Researcher Award を受賞しました。
